Responsibilities

Advertising & Promotions 
•To assist in developing innovative ideas and creative concepts for the full scope of design works in support of the advertising and promotions functions. 
•To assist the Visual Merchandising Manager & HOD in any way deemed fit regarding the conceptualization, visualization, illustration, artwork, layout, mock-up and all other promotional work. 
•To develop computer artwork and design such as newsletter, posters, banners, contest forms and other promotional materials not handle by advertising agency. 
•To evaluate the effectiveness of all collaterals and signages with a view to constantly improve standards and visibility.
•To develop and upgrade mall signages in accordance with the identify of the Megamall. 

Administration & Operational Duties
•To coordinate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure that all timelines and schedules are executed on time. 
•Responsible for shop front hoarding graphic & coordinate installation timeline.
•To source for suppliers and printers, recommend appropriate medium/ materials, obtain quotation & follow up accordingly. 
•To liaise directly with contractors & printers on all set up of collaterals & signage. 
•To maintain all VMD IT workstation in good and optimum operation condition. 
•To coordinate with the Advertising and Promotions Department to ensure that all work produced are constant, cohesive and well-coordinated. 
•To liaise and coordinate accordingly among the department and interdepartmental to ensure the smooth set-up and dismantling of all visual display requirements of each event. 
•To assist on prop production and display set-up as and when necessary. 
•To assist other departments on graphic design and DTP requirements whenever required.

Miscellaneous
•To perform all duties in accordance with quality of work and standards set for the department. 
•To ensure a rapid turnover of work, cost consciousness and exercise quality control of quality output.
•To perform any other job assignments as and when required. 

Requirements

•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
•At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
•Preferably Junior Executives specialising in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
•Proficient in Adobe software: Photoshop, Illustrator
•Willing to put in extra effort to see the project through with accuracy.
•Meticulous and accurate in details.

Responsibilities

•To check lightings daily and rectify if necessary to ensure scheduled lightings are switched on. 
•To maintain and repair faulty electrical items such as lightings, control panel and cablings.
•To ensure maintenance contractors perform scheduled maintenance according to schedule and the required standards.
•To supervise and monitor sub-contractor for maintenance, repair and upgrading mechanical works.
•To retrieve electrical consumption readings for utilities report.
•To attend and assist on troubleshooting tenant's mechanical issues.
•To attend tenant's inspection for newly installed/ annual inspection mechanical works to ensure compliance.

Requirements

•Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering (Energy Manager certificate will be an added advantage)
•Preferably with 2-5 years working experience in similar field or in construction field.
•Has hands on experience on low voltage electrical circuits and able to produce basic electrical circuit sketches for mall operation and maintenance. 
•Easily adapting to change of demand and requests.
•Ability to organize and coordinates any events and preparing schedule.
•Independent and possess good analytical skills.
•Able to communicate clearly to any levels of people.
•Physically fit to carry out the job as hands-on is needed.

Requirements

•Minimum SRP or SPM qualification.
•Preferably with 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
•Ex-Police or military personnel are encouraged to apply.
