Responsibilities

•Develop promotional program to drive desired target audience to Mid Valley Southkey. •Work with promotional partners to reinforce Mid Valley Southkey brand position and establish positive brand associations.
•Conceptualize promotions and ensure that brand experiences at the events that are consistent with Mid Valley Southkey brand position.
•Developing and executing A&P and PR activities.

Requirements

•A Diploma or Degree qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations or equivalent.
•Preferably with at least 1-2 years working experience in shopping centre management, retail, marketing or event management environment.
•Liaise with other departments regarding tenant’s operation matters.
•A team player with good interpersonal skills.
•Strong command of written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak •Mandarin / Cantonese will be an added advantage.
•Tactful and able to excel within pressure-driven environment.
•Meticulous and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

•To check lightings daily and rectify if necessary to ensure scheduled lightings are switched on.
•To maintain and repair faulty electrical items such as lightings, control panel and cablings.
•To ensure maintenance contractors perform scheduled maintenance according to schedule and the required standards.
To supervise and monitor sub-contractor for maintenance, repair and upgrading electrical works.
•To retrieve electrical consumption readings for utilities report.
•To attend and assist on troubleshooting tenant's electrical issues.
•To attend tenant's inspection for newly installed/ annual inspection electrical works to ensure compliance.

Requirements

•A Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (Energy Manager certificate will be an added advantage)
•Preferably with 2-5 years working experience in similar field or in construction field. •Has hands on experience on low voltage electrical circuits and able to produce basic electrical circuit sketches for mall operation and maintenance.
•Easily adapting to change of demand and requests.
•Ability to organize and coordinates any events and preparing schedule.
•Independent and possess good analytical skills.
•Able to communicate clearly to any levels of people.
•Physically fit to carry out the job as hands-on is needed.
•Position is available in Mid Valley Southkey Megamall, J.B.

Requirements

•Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualification in any field.
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
•At least one (1) year related working experience in the cleaning or housekeeping industry would be an added advantage.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Computer literate.
•Two (2) full time positions are available.

Responsibilities

•To service customers with courtesy and as necessary; guide them to their intended locations.
•To attend to customer (both shoppers & tenants) complaints and refer to Supervisor / Executive on duty in necessary.
•To provide comfort and care to children who are lost and attend to them until their parents or guardian claim them.
•To be on board shopper shuttle as tour consultant as scheduled.
•To act as personalized shopping guide as required or a s instructed by Superiors.
•To distribute internal circulars to tenants as required.
•To assist the Supervisors as necessary to check all tenants' opening & closing times daily.
•To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all counters and equipment e.g. baby joggers, wheel chairs and power shoppers, including display of brochures at every service counter.
•To provide gift-wrapping service to customer.

Requirements

•Preferably with at least 2 - 3 years working experience in retail, hotel front line, shopping mall servicing customers/ guests service industry
•Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral and written)
•Conversant in other local dialects preferred and would be added advantage
•Computer literate (Microsoft office).
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Warn personality and pleasant looking •Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

•To check domestic water and LPG level daily. Ensure pumps are working accordingly during daily inspection.
•To maintain and repair faulty mechanical items such as piping and pipe fittings.
•To ensure maintenance contractors perform scheduled maintenance according to schedule and the required standards.
•To supervise and monitor sub-contractor for maintenance, repair and upgrading mechanical works.
•To retrieve water and LPG consumption readings for utilities report.
•To attend and assist on troubleshooting tenant's mechanical issues.
•To attend tenant's inspection for newly installed/ annual inspection mechanical works to ensure compliance.

Requirements

•Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
•Preferably with 1 year working experience in similar field or in construction field.
•Has hands on experience on mechanical equipment such as water pumps, piping, lifts, escalators, travelators, LPG system and able to produce basic mechanical sketches for mall operation and maintenance.
•Easily adapting to change of demand and requests.
•Ability to organize and coordinates any events and preparing schedule.
•Independent and possess good analytical skills.
•Able to communicate clearly to any levels of people.
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
