ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Requirements

  • Degree / partial professional or tertiary qualification in accounting or related discipline. 
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in similar capacity. 
  • Good command in written and spoken English. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software would be an added advantage. 
  • Position is available at Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work activities of housekeeping contractors.
  • Inspect all area in and out of building perimeters areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards. 
  • Coordinate daily deployment schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping contractor based on daily, weekly and monthly schedule. 
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment. 
  • Conduct daily inspection with contractor supervisor for work done complete confirmation. 
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to minimize accidents and injuries in the workplace.  
  • Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities and documentation including floor audits, machineries and other related documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualification in any field. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • At least one (1) year related working experience in the cleaning or housekeeping industry would be an added advantage. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Computer literate.

HORTICULTURIST

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and implement landscaping projects, including the selection and arrangement of plants, trees and other flora. 
  • Conduct soil analysis and provide recommendations for soil improvement and fertilization to promote plant health and growth. 
  • Propagate plants through various methods such as seeding, grafting and cutting to maintain inventory and enhance biodiversity. 
  • Monitor and control pests, diseases, and weeds using integrated pest management (IPM) techniques and environmentally friendly practices. 
  • Collaborate with landscape architects, gardeners, and groundskeepers to coordinate planting schedules and maintenance activities. 
  • Research and stay updates on the latest horticultural trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance productivity and sustainability. 

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification in Horticultural Science, Agriculture or equivalent. 
  • At least one (1) year working experience in related field. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to write and spoken proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Computer literate. 
  • Position is available at The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. 

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

•Develop promotional program to drive desired target audience to The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey.
•Work with promotional partners to reinforce The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey brand position and establish positive brand associations.
•Conceptualize promotions and ensure that brand experiences at the events that are consistent with The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey brand position.
•Developing and executing A&P and PR activities.

Requirements

•A Diploma or Degree qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations or equivalent.
•Preferably with at least 1-2 years working experience in shopping centre management, retail, marketing or event management environment.
•Liaise with other departments regarding tenant’s operation matters.
•A team player with good interpersonal skills.
•Strong command of written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak •Mandarin / Cantonese will be an added advantage.
•Tactful and able to excel within pressure-driven environment.
•Meticulous and self-motivated.
•Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

SENIOR SECURITY GUARD

Requirements

• Minimum SRP or SPM qualification.
• Preferably with 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
• Ex-Police or military personnel are encouraged to apply.
• Prepared to perform shift work and weekends.
• Position is available in The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey.

CARPARK SUPERVISOR

Requirements

  •   A minimum Certificate/Diploma qualification in any field of studies. 
  •  At least one (1) year working experience in similar capacity. 
  •  Prepared to work extended hours and on shift work, if required. 
  •  Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  •  Ability to handle customers’ complaints and enquiries effectively. 
  •  Computer literate. 
  • Position is available at The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey.
